These Terms & Conditions govern your use of studiothrive.ca and your access to Studio Thrive services.

Class bookings are subject to availability.

Prices, duration, payment terms and conditions applicable to each membership or package are presented at the time of purchase.

You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information when registering and making a purchase.

When you purchase a membership or package, you agree to the terms specifically applicable to that purchase.Applicable taxes are added to prices where required.

Studio Thrive does not guarantee that any product, package or promotion will remain available indefinitely. Promotional offers may be subject to specific conditions disclosed at the time of the offer.

Cancellation terms for a booking, package or membership may vary depending on the service purchased.

Where a service or membership contract is entered into with Studio Thrive, all consumer rights provided under applicable Québec law remain fully applicable.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to limit or exclude any rights granted to consumers under the Consumer Protection Act or any other applicable legislation.

For service contracts involving successive performance entered into with a health studio, the Québec Consumer Protection Act provides specific rules concerning matters including contract duration, payment and termination.

Activities offered by Studio Thrive are physical activities that may involve risks inherent to exercise.

Before participating in an activity, you should determine whether it is appropriate for your physical condition and personal circumstances.

You should inform your instructor of any physical limitation, injury or other relevant condition of which you are aware that may affect your ability to participate safely.

You must follow the instructor's directions and use equipment in accordance with the instructions provided.If you experience unusual pain, discomfort, dizziness or any other concerning symptoms during an activity, you should stop exercising and seek appropriate assistance.

Studio Thrive's services do not constitute medical advice and are not a substitute for advice from a physician or other healthcare professional.

Studio Thrive takes reasonable measures to provide a safe and high-quality environment.

However, to the extent permitted by law, Studio Thrive cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from improper use of its facilities or equipment, failure to follow safety instructions, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Studio Thrive's equipment and facilities must be used in accordance with the instructions provided by our staff.

You must promptly notify our staff if any equipment appears damaged or is not functioning properly.

You may be held responsible for damage caused intentionally or through negligence to our facilities or equipment, subject to applicable law.

We aim to maintain a respectful, inclusive and safe environment for everyone.Studio Thrive may intervene when a person engages in disruptive, threatening, discriminatory, harassing or otherwise inappropriate behaviour that is incompatible with the proper operation of the studio.

We may ask a person to leave the premises when circumstances warrant it, subject to applicable legal rights.

All content displayed on the Studio Thrive website, including text, photographs, videos, logos, graphics, visual elements, trademarks and designs, belongs to Studio Thrive or is used with permission from its owner.

Such content may not be reproduced, modified, distributed, published or used for commercial purposes without our prior written authorization, except where permitted by law.

The “Studio Thrive” name and associated elements may not be used in a manner that could create confusion regarding your affiliation with Studio Thrive.
